About the Journal

Athena – Health & Research Journal adopts as its Aim & scope difusion of original and innovative research and development papers pertaining to de pedagogial and scientific development of Health Sciences in response to the needs of individuals, families and communities. Accordingly:

• the journal publishes original research papers pertaining to all health sciences domains
• the journal adopts a full free acess policy with no costs both to the author and to the reader.

The journal adopts a double blind peer review process preserving the identity of both authors and reviewers and using at least two independent reviewers per manuscript (see Peer Review Policy for further information) .
